Mother’s Day Retreat:
Take time in nature to unplug from the day-to-day distractions that disconnect us from the ones we love the most. Through yoga, mediation, journaling, and nourishing foods, we will be reminded of the deep and boundless bond of a mother and daughter relationship. Create a memory while be held in a community of other mother and daughter pairs.

In these inner-to-inner sessions, you have solo space to share what is most alive for you; what has been occupying your thoughts? Nasiem will take time to ask you questions and understand your unique world, with the goal to get to the root of you what you want.

This program is created for you to connect to your feelings and develop leadership. Leadership shows up in the relationship to yourself, your community, and the choices you make. We will explore these relationships through practicing yoga, meditation, dancing, and journaling,

“Inner Compass was really rewarding. This class found the balance between talking to each other and being in motion. It also offered a reflective space for me every week. I am used to competitive sports where the environment is more serious, but we never felt rushed during the sessions. Instructor gave us an invitation to be present. Additionally, I found it helpful that we were able to journal before we talked about the day’s questions. This helped me get my thoughts in order and focus. I would recommend this class for anyone who is interested in it, regardless of level of experience in yoga. I found it very rewarding to be able to get to know new people during this time where that is so difficult and I welcomed the opportunity to improve my yoga skills and get some exercise.”
