Mother’s Day Retreat: 

Take time in nature to unplug from the day-to-day distractions that disconnect us from the ones we love the most. Through yoga, mediation, journaling, and nourishing foods, we will be reminded of the deep and boundless bond of a mother and daughter relationship. Create a memory while be held in a community of other mother and daughter pairs.

3 days and 2 nights inside of the beautiful Shasta retreat center, with a view of the mountains. 

Celebrate mother’s day (and our daughters) through journaling, intention setting, movement, yoga, meditation, and relational practices. Organic and handmade meals will be prepared and served by Ashley Anderson of Uproot Culinary.

MEET NASIEM

Nasiem is founder of Green Yogi and Inner Compass. She is passionate about working with teens and Young adults, to help them discover their authentic selves, strengthen their voices, and empower them to create the lives they are most excited about living.

Inner Compass is dedicated to offering programs, events, classes and support for teens on their journey.

MEET ASHLEY

Ashley Anderson is the Executive Chef and founder of Uproot Culinary. After studying at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York, living in Oahu for years, and working on farms to learn food as medicine - Ashley is excited to bring her love for vibrant, wholesome food to your retreats and events.

Her love for the outdoors and health and wellness is apparent in her dedication to crafting dishes with her team that utilize local ingredients and regional flavors.
